The cost of the support package will depend on how many hours you purchase. We sell packages in blocks, which are billed in 15-minute increments.
Once you select your package, you can click through to purchase; either online or to be invoices by our accounting System Xero.
An ‘account’ will be set up for you in Google Sheets, so you can check at any time ‘how much support time‘ you have left under your purchased package.
